Terms of Use

1. The licence
Tassel is made by Nubisco, LDA, a company incorporated in Portugal, and distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of Tassel is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nubisco does not add terms of its own on top of it.
2. In-app purchases, in plain words
Tassel Supporter is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the supporter rugs, now and later, and lets you add as many of your own pictures as you like. You can restore it with Settings > Support Tassel > Restore Purchases on any Mac signed in to the same Apple Account, and it is shared with your family through Family Sharing.
Tips (Small, Big and Huge Thanks) are consumable. Each one is a single thank-you payment that unlocks nothing, and they are not restorable or shared, because there is nothing to restore.
3. Refunds
Every purchase is processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Privacy
Tassel collects no data. See the Tassel privacy policy.
